Pico Ski Club Annual Swap & Sale
The 2026 Pico Ski Club's Annual Ski & Snowboard Swap and Sale will be held from October 2 to October 4, 2026 at Pico Mountain. This annual event benefits the Pico Ski Club and its racing programs that train more than 150 participants, ages 6 and up.
About the Swap
New and used skis, snowboards, clothing, snowshoes, and equipment for kids and adults, from the recreational snow sports enthusiast to the seasoned racer, will be available, along with local shops bringing great deals.
Pico Ski Club will accept online consignments until October 1st, 2026. ONLY gently used, clean ski, snowboard, and winter athletic clothing (no street clothing please), and modern alpine and snowboard equipment will be accepted. Backcountry, telemark, and skinning/AT skis accepted, but not traditional cross-country skis. All equipment must meet current safety standards for the Swap & Sale.
Swap & Sale Location and Hours
The Pico Ski Club Swap & Sale will be located in the Pico Mountain Base Lodge. Consignment items will be located downstairs, and staffed shops will be upstairs. Swap & Sale hours are as follows:
- October 2nd: 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- October 3rd: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- October 4th: 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Consignment Drop-Off Dates
Consignments for 2026 will only be accepted on the following dates. Specific times will be announced soon.
- Saturday, September 19th
- Sunday, September 20th
- Saturday, September 26th
- Sunday, September 27th
- Wednesday, September 30th
- Thursday, October 1st
- Friday, October 2nd
*All unsold consignment items (that are not being donated) must be picked up by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4th.
How to Consign
- Log into your existing consignor account or create a new account.
- In your account, register for the upcoming sale and accept the seller agreement.
- Follow the detailed instructions available for download and review them.
- Enter all of your items, and properly tag them, now through Thursday, October 1st.
- Bring your items during one of our drop off times to be checked in.
- Be available to pickup unsold items by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 4th.
- After the sale closes, in your consignor account, you will be able to view and print reports of items sold online.
- Shortly after, we will reconsile the sale and begin to distribute payments to sellers.
- We recommend using Paypal to recieve your payments, as it will be received faster.
- Commission rates: Members 20%, Shops 20%, Non-Members 30%
