Deep Tissue Massage: This therapeutic massage uses medium to firm pressure to relieve soreness from wear and tear and overused muscles. 50/80min/$170/$270

Black Diamond Sports Massage: This custom therapeutic massage incorporates deep tissue techniques and muscle stretching to reduce fatigue and improve endurance. 50/80min/$180/$280

Hot Stone Massage: This treatment blends the therapeutic properties of heated basalt stones and Swedish massage strokes. The heated stones invite relaxation and prepare the muscles for more focused, concentrated work. A wintertime favorite. 50/80min/$180/$280

Grand Spa Massage: This relaxing massage includes classic Swedish techniques with light to medium pressure to promote and restore wellness. 50/80min/$145/$230

Neck, Shoulder, and Back Massage: This massage is focused on the upper body, relieving pressure in the back, stiffness in the shoulders and pain associated from “tech neck.” Our experienced therapist will give all their attention to relieve your pain and restore your balance. 25/50min/$105/$180

Couples Massage: Massages of your choice performed side by side in our couples massage room. **Excludes hot stone massage** Prices are the same as individual massages.

Maternity Massage: Performed side lying, this massage helps to soothe discomfort associated with pregnancy, stiffness, inflammation, and cramping. It encourages circulation and reduces stress on weight bearing joints while promoting ease and comfort to mother and baby. 50/80min/$180/$280

Young Adult Massage (Ages 16 & under): This introductory to Swedish massage designed for teen and tweens to feel relaxed. 25min/$100

Massage Enhancements

Scalp massage: Relaxing and calming scalp massage, helps relieve headaches. 25 min/$80

Foot Massage: Renew and revitalize your tired feet. 25 min/$80

Aromatherapy: Choose from relaxing, rejuvenating, or balancing aromatherapy to enhance your massage. Check with your therapist for available aromas. $15

Arnica Oil: Soothes with a warming effect, helps to avoid muscular tension and supports muscular recovery and the skins natural functions. $15

Coconut Oil: Softens and repairs skin and gives it a natural glow, leaving your skin feeling nourished and smooth. $15

Maple Sugar Scrub*: A 20-minute scrub to exfoliate using granular maple sugar followed by a quick shower and a 25 minute ($165) or 50 minute ($265) Swedish massage to relax and rejuvenate.

Salt Scrub*: A 20-minute scrub using rosemary oil followed by quick shower and a 25 minute ($165) or 50 minute ($265) Swedish massage to relax and rejuvenate.

*Disclaimer: diabetics should not get the Maple Sugar Scrub, and those with open sores or wounds should not get the Salt Scrub.

Gratuity is not included in the price of the treatments. The average gratuity for spa services is 20%.

Please silence your cell phone before entering the spa and keep voices down throughout the spa.

Guests with services totaling $100 or greater receive complimentary access to our Health Club amenities beginning at 10:00AM on the day of service. Health Club amenities include our fitness center, steam room, sauna, outdoor heated saltwater pool and outdoor saltwater hot tubs. Please bill out with the receptionist after your treatment before going to the health club amenities. We do not offer gift cards or day passes to the Health Club amenities.

Should you need to cancel, please contact us 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time(s). All cancellations and changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full value of the originally scheduled treatment(s).
