A college preparatory school for over 50 years, the school is an approved Vermont Independent School, accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC). Their curriculum emphasizes the development of critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity.

Killington Mountain School is a US Ski and Snowboard Gold Club and Center of Excellence and provides year-round programming using the best practices in youth sports development, firmly rooted in sports science. They serve competitive alpine ski racers, freestyle mogul and freeskiers, snowboarders, and endurance and downhill mountain bikers in grades 6 through 12 and Post-Graduates. Their Full-Term, Winter-Term, and Boost Programs provide building-block choices for families as they partner with them in their child’s athletic and academic journeys. For younger and aspiring athletes, they offer a robust Development Program, providing the foundation for a lifelong love of competitive sports.
