Details
Beast Kids is a season full of high energy, learning all-mountain skills, fostering friendship, and exploring all the terrain that Killington has to offer. The program meets Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from early January through mid-March (a total of 24 sessions). Lessons meet at the Drop Zone outside of the Ramshead Lodge at 8:45a.m., while lessons run from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Lunch is included with the program. Please notify us at registration time and lesson check-in if your child has any dietary restrictions. We are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, nut free, kosher, and gluten free options. Please be aware that all of our foods are made in a common kitchen, and cross contamination is a possibility. We encourage families to bring their own meals if they have specific dietary restrictions or needs outside of vegetarian requests.
Skiers and snowboarders are grouped by age and ability level. Everyone will benefit from progressing with the same instructor each week, and skiers and riders explore anything the group sets their sights on. You name it, we'll conquer it.
Skiers and riders ages 14 and older interested in becoming instructors will also have the opportunity to learn about coaching methods from our trainers and practice teaching their peers.
